Thomas returns after doing some soul-searching and is in a different place after thinking about his past actions. He’ll make peace with Steffy and feels bad he wasn’t there at the time of the accident. Thomas has been talking to Ridge while away and has checked in with Douglas, who is with Hope and Liam. He’s ready to move past the obsession with Hope.

Quinn swears Shauna to secrecy about what they did.

Brooke and Ridge are reunited.

Flo and Wyatt are happy to be back together.

Steffy’s intrigued by her doctor when he makes a house call.

Bold and Beautiful Spoilers from Brad Bell interview in SOD:

The reveal of Ridge’s marriage to Shauna will be a blow to Brooke. Ridge will take the commitment seriously, Shauna will want to make a go of it, and Quinn wants Shauna with Ridge.

Finn will be immediately taken with Steffy and will add to the dynamic with Steffy/Hope/Liam. Steffy has a big battle ahead.

Zende will be in the mix with Zoe and Carter. The Avants, including Nicole and Maya, will be seen throughout the fall. Zende will be involved with a business storyline surrounding the Forrester boutique.

Ridge and Bill’s rivalry will continue to flare with Steffy in the middle.

Well Liam bounced into the hospital and into his scenes today.

He now has a beard. Had to look twice at that hairy thing all 

over his chin.

Can't wait for this very, very long day to end already. Go home

Flo already, not needed. Of course she had to go marching into

Sally's hospital room. Very annoying character.

Show takes me about 10 minutes to watch after fast forwarding through commercials and the stupid Flo/Sally story segments.

@stevieb I thought that, too, right away, about addiction to pain medicine. 

I also have an ominous vibe about this doctor -- maybe he will turn out to be a "bad" doctor with the ability to give her more pain medicine. I read into things too much sometimes but I have a weird feeling about him.

@EdithEllenLily I wonder too if the new doc is potentially a doctor feel good... If he's at all likable and can act, I sorely hope not... I am so tired of this show revolving around the same musical partners involving the same tired men and, although less so, women... I just can no longer take seriously all these women falling all over Wyatt and Liam... Neither of them is particularly attractive or even likable at this point... The show could use a serious infusion of younger male blood... Meanwhile, they could afford to shuffle a few of the women out the door, and permanently so... I'm talking to you Zoe, Shauna, Flo and that awful doctor Sally got hooked up with...

Probably minus the glasses. Guess he and Liam did not have

time to get haircuts and clean up. Maybe they like the shaggy

and scruffy look. Following Scruffy's lead? Just kidding.

Sally just may go back to Thomas, one sight says.

Anyway, guess she is staying on the show.

Actually, I think the glasses are kind of cute... Not so much the facial hair... 99% of the time, I hate facial hair... Period... I wish Bill would lose his too... It's bad enough on a handsome young guy, but when it turns salt and pepper it's a huge turn off for me... As for Thomas and Sally, he could do a lot worse, and has... Thinking Zoey here...
