My father chatted with Michael Zaslow ("Roger Thorpe") in the airport in Hololulu.  The airlines had misplaced both of their luggage.  My dad didn't know he was an actor until my mom came out of the bathroom, started staring (she was a fan of Guiding Light), and whispered in my dad's ear.  Dad said he got the impression that Mr. Zaslow was just another passenger hoping to retrieve his bags.

@loveschocolate  thanks for starting the July thread. Of course, it's the end of the month and I was in the hospital again.

I see Hope doesn't have her baby back. it gave me a good deal of pleasure to delete 27 episodes off my DVR today....I just don't have time to waste 14 hours watching this ridiculous storyline. Hope they change it soon.

Oh, I can see it now... Brook and Ridge will split (again) over Hope and Thomas... Then Taylor can return and the ENDLESS round robin can ensue involving three sets of triangles... Ridge, Brook and Taylor along with Thomas, Hope and Liam and not to forget Hope, Steffi and Liam... I suppose we could add Flo (the Ho), Sally and Fish Lips into the mix, but they aren't really family... Then, of course, once Brook is again single, we can re-up the Bill, Brook and Katie grouping... Oh, but the possibilities are limitless...

Can't wait for Bill and Katie to give their 2 cents worth on the

news of Steffy and Liam sleeping together. That is if we ever

see them again before the end of summer. Seems like everyone

has to know about it and give an opinion.

Guess we got a break from their engagement and Will since

we moved on and stayed with the other kids, Douglas, Phoebe

and Kelly for many months non stop now. Usually one is waking

up from a nap, ready to go down for a nap, has the sniffles,etc.

Can't they move on to something else even for a day or two?

It's not like we will forget any of this so called baby drama when

flashbacks are such a necessity on this show.

Seriously... Said it before but in all the years I watched soaps, I've never seen one so single minded with only one story to tell for weeks and weeks and weeks on end...

Something I've wondered about:  When she finds out about "Bath" Hopeless may fall completely apart and tell Liam, it's your kid too, raise her with her half-sister, it's only right" and go be Douglas' mommie while Thomas is in jail (should he go to jail). 

Then that leaves open Liam going back to Hopeless. Someday.

SO, IF Ridge is Douglas' father, then Hope's step-son would be her father-in-law's son.  Is that right?  I can't sort this out. . . and her mother's step-son?
