Speaking of commercials

I dont know what its advertising even (I think medicine), what else? LOL.

But there are young people roller skating and a young couple skating together. My heart does a flip it reminds me so much of me when I roller skated every Friday night. I was even in a dance program where we tapped danced on our skates and our costumes were the Gay 90's era.

That ad makes me smile and remember those happy days and sometimes brings a tear or two.

@Imaoldhippie - I laughed at your comment about meditation commercials! Aren’t they silly? I used to roller skate every Friday night, too! I got pretty good but never mastered the backwards skate. I have fond memories of those days. Good times! 😊

That's a good one. I used to go skating a couple nights a week and sometimes Sun. afternoons. The one place I went wanted me to join the speed team, but I just wanted to enjoy the skating and not have to compete. I thought I might enjoy roller derby, though. A good memeory, thanks.

@Natureluvr ..........Yes the medical ads are silly and IMO they verge on the edge of false advertising.

I had to practice alot to turn around on my skates to go backwards. But I finally worked it out.

I used to go skating on Friday nights too lol. Sometimes, we'd go through the day Saturdays and Sundays. I can remember begging until I finally got a cool (at least at the time) pair of roller skates for Christmas. They were black with a white stripe and had custom purple wheels, brakes and strings. Great memories 😃❤️
