I agree that the Ziva plot line was darker than I would have expected.  

 

I can understand why Fin didn't stay with Gibbs - he had another family he could go to.

We quit watching NCIS a couple of years ago. The plot lines and writing were terrible and the replacement characters were uninteresting.

I dont think there would be a problem with Michael Weatherly's contract.  Its  CBS developing it.  Im sure theyre thinking about when Bull ends.
