It's just so sad that George died so young. Not sure he was ever happy, even though he wanted to be a pop star since he was a kid, and then when fame changed his life in the 80's, he resisted it. His career could have been even more than it was had he not made some career decisions that kind of stopped the wave in progress. He had a fabulous voice and a great range. He also did Queen songs, and participated in the Freddie Mercury concert for AIDS where he sang my favorite Somebody To Love.
