Re: Series on ABC...FOR LIFE

@Shelbelle  If 2 shows I like come on at the same time, I will watch 1 in real time & the other the next day on On Demand.

I do not own a DVR but I do own & still use my VCR.

I don't own a DVR either. I watch a lot of shows On Demand, because of this....I like watching in Real Time......

I started a thread down below yours. I watched the series and it was good. I don't have to watch in real time. I did DVR this show.

Rather than watch On Demand, I find it easier to sit at my desktop computer and just watch missed shows online, thry pop right up when you Google the network they are on. I also still use my last VCR I have remaining that still works, keep it my kitchen and use it to tape my soap, very convenient. If I used my DVR I would have to watch in basement, and I rarely watch TV there.

Shoot, if I had known it was based on a true story I would have recorded it. I'm set up for next week and will have to catch the first one on On Demand.

Love it.  What is the story it is based on?  Can I Google it.  Just curious if he gets out for good.  I feel so sorry for him and his family.

Re: Series on ABC...FOR LIFE

There is a disclaimer at the end of the first episode stating...

"While this program is inspired by the life of Isaac Wright, Jr., the story, including all characters, events, incidents portrayed, scenes and dialogue, is fictitious."

Description: "Inspired by the life of Isaac Wright Jr., 'For Life' is a fictional serialized legal and family drama about a prisoner who becomes a lawyer, litigating cases for other inmates while fighting to overturn his own life sentence for a crime he didn't commit."

Re: Series on ABC...FOR LIFE

i used my DVR for this, but i also have on demand.

i will end up watching it this weekend along with a few other shows i missed.

there is generally nothing on on the weekends that i watch so certain recorded/on demand shows fill the gap.
