Season finales are ending in a rash of weddings.

If you have been watching network television shows at 10 PM EST, you probably noticed that there's nothing new in the season finale department. There are a lot of weddings happening.

 

The Good Doctor had Shawn and Lea marry after changing plans from a previous wedding the week before.

 

The Conners will have three couples from the cast marry. 

 

New Amsterdam has had a switch up and now Helen is coming back to America to get married. 

Have I missed anything? Let us know.

I’d not count on the wedding in New Amsterdam; a hurricane is coming and Helen is flying???

@Mindy D Way back in the early 80's, I briefly dated someone who worked TV in NYC -  maybe a stage manager?   I remember once as we watched something on TV, he commented that adding a wedding to a show was one good way to lure viewers when a show was in trouble or when they wanted us to return the next season.

I thought New Amsterdam was cancelled
