I think he may do some acting but he's also a football player, retired I think.

I hope (for the sake of their children) it isn't true. Who knows, really?

Unfortunately, when one married person does so well (like she has) and the other (often a fading 'star' or retired athlete) it is difficult for the marriage to survive. I think it's all about egos. We all have egos and I think the bigger you 'were' the more difficult when your partner goes way beyond what you are doing.

It seems like this is especially the case in husbands as so many of them (guessing) think they should be the major bread winners.

Some of these guys, all they have is being a person in sports and the decline is difficult.

I hope this isn't the case.
