Joaquin is a odd duck, but, it's the odd ducks who are the best actors.

 

Down thru the yrs. always the drunks, druggies, etc are the best actors.

 

Thank God he won the Oscar !  1 time they did it right !

 

to get that thin the director said (it's in the bonus footage) he ate one apple a day for 3 months. Yikes !  He's gained it all back thank God LOL

 

I could eat half an apple for 3 months and gain 20 LOL

 

Yeah, this Joker is different from the 'real ' joker. LOL

"Always"? I really beg to differ.
I thought Jimmy Stewart to name just one was a fine actor. I think your statement about the best actors is, as Stewart would say, "hooey,"

Absolutely loved the movie.  The acting was superb.  Unlike so many movies that are forgettable once the credits roll, the Joker definitely leaves an impression.

Oh my I saw Joker this weekend as well and Joaquin is an excellent actor I try to watch everything he is in.

 

He certainly played that role, lost a lot of weight too...but those eyes!
