Saving Mr Banks...

I have had this movie DVR'd for a year and I finanlly watched it. Not at all what I expected.....I thought it would be more of a documentary about the making the movie.....WRONG!

 

I really enjoyed it and wished I had watched it a long time ago.

 

I might call the Granddaughter over and watch Mary Poppins with her tonight......LOL

I thought it was a terrific movie. I thoroughly enjoyed it. 


Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Was a a Disney cruise with Richard Sherman. Was that interesting. It right before the movie came out. He talked at length about making Mary Poppins and he also shared many other stories. He was an absolute delight. I think he could have entertained us for days.

 

Sadly, his brother Robert had passed away.

 

So I am thrilled we got to hear Richard Sherman and the interesting stories he shared.
