Anyone listened to Scamanda podcast? It's an 8-part series about a woman named Amanda Riely who had a blog documenting her ordeal with cancer that turned out to be fake. 

The podcast series is done well.

I have it was very well done. Now I am watching the docuseries on ABC/Hulu. 

She is a horrible human.

Watched the first episode on TV last week. WOW! She would have fooled me too, along with everyone else. Eager to see the next episode.

I watched the first episode of the documentary and wow is all I can say.  The lengths that she took that scam is absolutely evil.  The energy required for a scam like that was ridiculous.  I'm anxious to see how the story unfolds and happy she was imprisoned for it.

ABC will air Scamanda episode 2 tonight, 2/6/2025, at 9 pm (Pacific). I will watch it tomorrow on Hulu sans commercial.

The 8-part podcast has 4 bonus episodes. Really interesting.

All I got to say is that her husband (now ex) was an idiot, dense as a doornail and/or in on it somehow that the police cannot prove. 

Not once in thte EIGHT YEARS wify pulled off this scam, hubby never accompanied wify to hospital(s) nor spoke IN PERSON to wify's cancer physicians or any of her other physicians.  Mind you she was pregnant TWICE during her supposed cancer treatments.  Hubby never questioned her doctors to find out if cancer tx would affect the fetus?

After watching the 2nd episode you can see all of the people she hurt with her lies. 

I felt so bad for Corey's ex-wife. The podcast went into a lot more detail of what they put her through. 

Amanda and Corey are such horrible people. 

I also listened to the podcast  Burden of Guilt. This is a story of a mother and stepfather who blamed the 2 yr old daughter of killing her infant brother. A very sad story that continued to follow this woman through out her life. 

This podcast is now a docuseries on Paramount+.

Watched the second episode. Amazed at how they got away with it! Definitely going to watch the next episode.
