I wonder if he was still with Anthony Geary.

Oh I loved Barney Miller, and Ro Glass was so good as Harris. It's kind of sad that you forget these people till you hear of their death.

For those who do not know who Ron Glass is, he was best known on TV for his role as the suave Det. Ron Glass on sitcom Barney Miller (which ran from mid-70s to early 80s).

Hanging my head...I had to look him up.  I always liked him.  Way too young at 71😕

I didn't know he and Luke were an item.

I didn't know Anthony & Ron had a relationship.  I remember Anthony saying many years ago that Liz Taylor was the big love of his life.  Interesting.

I googled it and (according to several, not just one) website Anthony Geary and Ron Glass were partners for years.  I don't think they kept it a secret and why should they really.

Episodes of Barney Miller are shown daily on FamNet. They recently re-broadcast the tibute show that was done for Jack Soo [Nick] shortly after his death. After watching it, I looked up Ron Glass and was happy to see he was still alive. Things change quickly. Thanks for the laughs Harris!

@Trix  I think you meant to say his role was the suave detective Ron Harris.

I haven't seen him on anything since Barney Miller, but thought he was so handsome.

So sad to hear of Ron's death. I watched Barney Miller when it first aired and watch it often now. Ron's character was so well played.
