Uh? I didn't say he's scary-looking because he's kissing his baby.

@San Antonio Gal totally OT but I had to tell you... I have a bunch of tabs open on my tablet for the sites I frequent. When I picked it up right now, instead of the usual QVC icon I see on the tab, it was your picture! Don't know how that happened 😲

Don't care for the pic. Does her husband (boyfriend?) always dress like that? He's scary-looking.
I'm not and have never been a Rhianna fan, but - Scary-looking? - Because he's dressed in leather? - I've seen much, much worse outfits.
He looks rather cute to me.

@Jersey Born wrote:@San Antonio Gal - She's a beautiful woman with a handsome partner and adorable, happy baby. Where is her smile or her joy in these oddly dark and moody fashion photos? She does not look happy at all, and that is sad. She actually looks like she's sneering in the 2nd image of her holding her precious baby. I don't like the messaging projected by these images, with her man and baby trailing behind her as if they are unequal and inconsequential, or incidental, even.
@Jersey Born If you google Vogue covers you'd be hard pressed to find one with a smiling subject. Runway models rarely smile either. In fashion it's called "serving face".
I think they should have left father and baby for one of the interior photos. The message I get from the cover is she's clearly a boss in this industry, but she also has a loving family.
I don't recall who the famous designer was, but someone once asked them why runway models never smile.
He said if the model is expressionless you will look at the clothes, which is the whole point.
If the model smiles, you are suddenly aware of her ... and not paying attention to the clothes.

@Daisy Sunflower I didn't say that was your reason for saying he's "scary-looking". Exactly what makes him scary-looking in your opinion?

Beautiful cover! The smiling baby looks like a cherub!
@Jersey Born I think the images seek to porttray Rihanna's power!

All three of them are beautiful people, I just don't like the pose. That baby is so sweet.
