Re: Relentless: Missing in Missouri

Oh man. Had to get up early so I didn't watch the last episode.

Saw the end of episode 2 and couldn't believe what I just watched. Going to try and watch last episode online

Wow is right! What a long,strange ride that show was. That poor producer. 11 years invested and still no answers.

Have you watched Monster in the Shadows? That was on over the weekend.Now that was another strange one. I think they only aired 2 episdoes.I am going to watch episode 3 on Peacock.

Yes, 11 years is a long time to spend on a case. And, like you said, still no answers.  I can understand why others gave up on it.

I haven't heard of  "Monster in the Shadows".  Is it another "true crime" show?

@DottieBlue  I'm sorry I wasn't clear.Yes,it is a true crime story. It starts with a missing teenager then grows into another  mystery with a strange family.It was on Oxygen or ID over the weekend.It only had 2 episodes but there were three.I watched the third episode on Peacock. It's a real head shaker like Relentless.

@Estates

Thanks for the info.  I hope it comes back on as I'd like to see it.  I wonder why the network only showed 2 of the 3 episodes?  That's not fair to the viewer!

Re: Relentless: Missing in Missouri

This series is too long and too confusing.

Was it the cadaver dog handler who committed suicide? I liked him. Did they ever say why?

I agree, they could have covered this story in about 2 episodes, and I also found it confusing the way it was presented.

The guy who committed suicide wasn't a dog handler.  He was a former cop who just volunteered to help her.  He had been under investigation because he was found with thousands of images of underaged girls on his computer-- he was a pedophile.
