Where did all of these new models come from?

I used to enjoy watching some of the regular models, especially every Saturday morning.

Every time I tune into QVC there are new people modeling. I know Joy, the person who used to be a model herself, runs a modeling agency. However, I find it hard to believe she has that many people working for her.

I envision a woman walking down a street and Joy walks over, hands her a card that says, “You wanna be a model? Follow me”.

Joy Talent Agency does have many models.

Joy Talent Agency probably represents 100 female models right now.  Add males to that.

They have a large competitor in the area, The Reinhard Agency.  Reinhard has 125+ female models, and supplies many seen on QVC.

Some models seen on QVC are represented by both, some by one or the other.

Time marches on, my friend.  After a little while, I got used to seeing all of the newer models.

Just check Joy's website and you will see that she does indeed have a LOT of models working for her.

She may not be the only agency QVC uses.

Not sure it matters in the least whether they are new or prior models.

It seems people just want to see a range of sizes presentated.

I know what you are saying as I have noticed that too.  Lots of different models are on now compared to years ago when you could recognize ALL of them.  Now I say the same thing, who are these girls??  (LOL)    When I really took notice was on Quacker Factory's cookie exchange show........it was just 2 new models I never saw before, none of the usual ones that would always do the shows.  There also was zero interaction with Angel which was quite unusual.

I've gone on Joy's Modeling website-it is very interesting and very well put together....She has quite an extensive list all the way down to children.....She seems very successful!
