Watching the court show Justice For All.  Out of the blue the defendant went over to the plaintiff, dropped to knees, pulled out a jewel box, popped it open exposing an engagement ring & purposed.

Plaintiff said, "this is not the time or place.  So no"

The judge agreed.

At the end of the show, the plaintiff said, "I'll think about it."

Defendant, "I'll aways love you."

I've always thought any kind of very public marriage proposal is tacky and in bad taste.
