The Final Countdown with Kirk Douglas, Katharine Ross, and Martin Sheen - a time travel story about the modern aircraft carrier Nimitz and the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. The ending will really grab you!

Imitation of Life (1959) version. I have the DVD, and take it out every Christmas to watch for some reason.
I still cry at the ending.
