Planes, Trains and Automobiles

This was such a good movie! I saw it on Laff Network, which has older TV shows. John Candy and Steve Martin were great together, plus other good casting.  One of John Hughes' classics.

Oh, I loved this movie.  Haven't seen it lately, but I've seen it a couple of times.

That scene with Steve Martin and Edie McClurg at the car rental desk was priceless.   Can't share it here, due to some of the dialogue, but it's one of the funniest scenes ever.

There's no one like John Candy. It takes a lot to get me to laugh but he could always do it.

I like that movie, too, and it always brings a tear to my eyes at the end.

Another good John Candy movie is Only The Lonely.  I just watched it the other day after not having seen it in years and enjoyed it again.  He was so likable.
