@We rescue cats DH and I went to the movies to see it and we laughed and laughed. There's so much filthy language it could NEVER be on T V as every other word would be beeped.  There's one scene that was so funny the audience almost died laughing.

Yes, beautiful blue eyes!  I think my favorite movie was Towering Inferno with him and Steve McQueen (another cutie)!!!

It is shown in one of our restored theaters here in town on the anniversary of the release, and you are right that movie is hysterical and the language is not for young ears! I never realized it had such a cult following but there is a huge Canadian contingency that comes to town on the special anniversaries and special Slapshot events. (Hey, we're a small town!) And of course when we won the USA Hockeyville designation a few years ago.

He had a handsome face.  Body wise, he was a little guy.  I don't think he was taller then 5'8".  I didn't see Hud.  In fact I've seen very ittle of his films.

I agree..

I remember a relative met him by accident in an eatery in Manhattan.. She was about 18..She was shell shocked!..She stood in front of him with her mouth wide open..LOL
