@abbeythe 8th  I am confused.  I thought the profile photos would have been taken before the first challenge.  I didn't like the winning outfit---guess I can see that it took a lot of work---but just didn't grab me.  I did think the right guy went home.  Overall, I do think it's an interesting bunch with some very creative designers.  Should be a decent season, I hope!!

There are a few designers I do not like.  I like Alex as a person because he was like the dad of the group. I don't like the former model either.

I can't believe the judges didn't diss that yellow dress because the only unconventional material she used were the gumballs.

They will keep Dexter  and that other obnoxious  guy around for drama. Maybe that's  why those two are being obnoxious.

Ian should have gone, he actually thought his dress was good. I liked the yellow winner but not the fuzzy part.

As a former sewer, I like watching it.  I haven't started it yet.  You reminded me.  I'm watching the introductions now.  Enjoying it.  I love people...all people but weird, different people are my favorite people.  I like people who don't think like others.  Often people in fashion are what some call 'different'.  I'm same old, same old (and it works for me).  However, when I see someone who looks different, I'll go up to them and say, "I like your look".  Sometimes I say, "I wish I'd have been able to pull off that look when I was young....you look great!"  AND I MEAN It, and they can tell because they give me a big smile!

Anyway, I enjoy this show.  So glad others like it too, it will be fun to come here and talk about the show.  I worked at the Pentago in the 60's so my clothes I made were rather boring, but I did make some 60's outfits for at home.

In this promo picture, isn't Dexter wearing what he wore for last night's runway show?  Either Erin made another version of her big bird ensemble or she re-designed her winning Big Bird outfit.

I definitely did not agree with thier top 3.  I could not believe Tasha was in the top 3.

Not true.  She used the mesh from the inside of the wigs for part of the structure of the dress and of course the wigs.   I loved her outfit.  It fit the model perfectly and seemed well structured.  The hem was even and the decorations were straight not like several of the others with even hems and glued stuff falling off.  There were several that looked like they were falling apart after just one walk down the runway.
