Did you know that Fred Dryer was a runner up for the role of Sam Malone on Cheers?? Ted Danson beat him out.  He did guest star on Cheers a  few times.

Agree with you, @Oznell  , re Fred Dryer.  His great chemistry with Stepfanie Kramer was never achieved with her replacement, Lauren Lane, even though I believe Lane's  character and Dryer's developed a romantic interest.  On the other hand, Lane was perfectly cast on The Nanny as the stuck-up CeeCee -- she had superb comic timing (as did everyone else on that show).

Lauren Lane also had a brief role on LA Law.

The late, great Robert Urich, what a lovely man he was, Vegas and Spenser for Hire, both great. And he must have made 100 Movies of the Week too. He was taken from us way too young. Also he was a devoted family man.

Remember Simon and Simon with Gerald McCraney and Jamison Parker.

And of course, Starsky and Hutch, cant forget them.

And then there was Angie Dickinson as Police Woman, David Janssen as Harry O.

@Shelbelle   Yes, Robert Ulrich was one of my favorites! Loved Spenser For Hire and all the TV movies.

@Oznell  Until recently, Hunter was on one of our local stations every Sunday night.  Still watched.  I also wish they would bring back Silk Stalkings.  Loved it and watched every Sunday night at 10.

If you subscribe to Hulu, all eight seasons of Silk Stalkings are available.

Don  Johnson was my crush.

He still looks good,

I watch Nash Bridges on Mondays.

Still love Miami Vice, too
