I think you have to give a show more than one viewing. Sometimes the pilot can be somewhat different in the direction the show goes. There's got to be some back story to how Milton ended up in Battle Creek. Being there is certainly not a promotion, there has got to be a reason for ending up there.

I found it soooo boring. However, I will give it another chance or maybe two. I know sometimes it takes a few shows to capture your interest.
