Can anyone place a song (ballad) that I believe was in a movie or play.  The song ends with, "and so I have to tell you good-bye" or something like that.  I heard the instrumental version on a music channel today, and it is driving me NUTS.  Can't seem to google the music.

@mac116 Go to apps then go to shazam.  If you know just a few words, etc.  Type it in and shazam will tell you the name of the song.

It's one of the best apps for songs, etc.

Could it be "Then You Can Tell Me Goodbye" by the Casinos?

I was doing the same thing today and yesterday! I remembered it once and then forgot again. Somehow just letting my mind go free of trying, I got it.

It was "Say Something I'm Giving Up on You" by Christine Aguilera.

A heartbreaking song that reminded my daughter of her ex and that many can probably relate to over an irreparable relationship.

Say Someting is actually by "Great Big World" and features Christina Aguilera.  I always cry when I hear that song.

There is a song called The Last Goodbye from the Hobbit. It ends with I want to say the last goodbye or something similar. Very pretty song.
