New Life For Cancelled Series? ZERO HOUR; 666 PARK AVE & more

According to tvseriesfinale.com:

Zero Hour: Cancelled Series Returning

Published:April 29, 2013

Zero Hour canceled show returns

ABC has announced that they’re bringing Zero Hour back — at least for a little while. The network cancelled the show after three low-rated episodes and pulled it off the schedule.

They’ve now decided to let viewers see the remaining 10 installments. A pair of Zero Hour episodes will air on Saturday, June 15th, at 8pm. Single episodes will be broadcast each week after that, until the two-hour series finale on August 3rd.

NBC recently announced plans to run unaired episodes of their Do No Harm series over the summer as well.

666 Park Avenue: Leftover Episodes to Air in June?

666 park avenue

It sounds like fans of ABC’s cancelled 666 Park Avenue might be able to finally be able to see how the show’s storylines wrap up. According to TV Line, the alphabet network is planning to finally release them.

Word is that ABC has tentative plans to run the last four episodes on Saturday nights starting in June — likely beginning on the 22nd. Fellow cancelled series Zero Hour returns to the airwaves at 8pm on June 15th with a pair of installments. The following Saturday, one episode of Zero Hour will air at 8pm, leaving the 9pm timeslot open.

The last episodes of Park Avenue have already aired in places like Spain and New Zealand. If you’re tired of waiting to see how the show ends, you can always read a finale recap.

If, for some reason, ABC doesn’t get around to releasing the unaired episodes, Netflix made a deal with ABC Studios to stream some of their shows and 666 Park Avenue was mentioned as one of them.

Ready for Love: NBC Releasing Cancelled TV Series Episodes

Ready for Love - canceled show returning

NBC recently cancelled Ready for Love. The move didn’t come as much of a surprise considering the show’s low ratings. The last episode that aired drew a 1.1 demo rating with 2.86 million viewers.

Still, the decision to pull Ready for Love left viewers wondering how the reality series would turn out. Would the three men find love?

Deadline reports that NBC will start releasing a new episode once a week, starting sometime tomorrow. There are five installments remaining so the finale will be released on June 4th.

The episodes will be available for free on NBC.com and Hulu. They can be purchased via iTunes and Amazon.

Do No Harm: NBC To Air Cancelled Episodes

Do No Harm canceled episodes

As you may recall, NBC cancelled and pulled Do No Harm after only two episodes aired. It’s hard to blame them. After all, the show’s premiere set a record for the lowest debut ratings for an in-season scripted series in the history of the four major broadcast networks. Then, the numbers got worse in week two.

The network has now announced plans to air the remaining 10 installments starting Saturday, June 29th, at 10pm. Unless things change, it looks like the last episode of Do No Harm will be broadcast on August 31st.

It’ll be interesting to see how many people tune in for these new episodes. The network’s been running Saturday Night Live reruns in that timeslot and they’ve been attracting a bit more than two million viewers and a 0.8 demo rating. It’s hard to imagine that Do No Harm will be able to match or beat those numbers considering that’s what it was doing in its first two weeks.

Could NBC cancel the burn-off of Do No Harm episodes on Saturdays too? If that happens, hopefully the network will release all of the episodes online so that at least those that like the show will be able to see them.
