Salt, fat, acid, heat. I fell asleep last night after I put this on and am now watching this. Sooooooo interesting to me. Involves food, making, ingredients, etc.
The business about olive oil, so interesting!!

Long ago I read Salt, Sugar, Fat. That book will make you reconsider.
Totally elimated all sugar, except for hummingbirds. Any type of sweetner - back on the shelf it goes. Fruits are OK.
Tossed the salt too, except for things like milk.
Look at the type of fat too, we are drowning in soy.
