Netflix: Frida

Watched Frida on Netflix this week.  Interesting story, but I think I would have preferred her story as a documentary.  I didn't care for this movie; very depressing.

 

Anyone like it?

Was Salma Hayak the actress portraying Frida?  I saw that years ago. I don't reall it being depressing but she certainly did not lead an ordinary life.

@PinkyPetunia Yes, it was she.  Agree; she lived a colorful life (literally and figuratively.)
