I guess you could watch the last few episodes but it would not make sense without seeing then entire story.

I did not watch it the first time around and just finished the last episode tonight.

 

I loved the show and it was one helluva ride from start to finish.  The writing and acting are outstanding.  I would watch an episode, have to go to the next right away to see what happened and ended up watching that episode too.  I was so involved I had to stay up and watch 5 episodes last night.

 

I was quite happy with the ending and how all the characters came to a conclusion.

We loved it. 

As Better Call Saul is a prequel, El Camino (2 hour movie) is a sequel (if you're looking for more).
