National Geographic "Breakthrough" series "Ebola"

We watched this last night and it was fabulous! The ability to engineer antibodies to this virus is proceeding at a fast pace.

The doctor who lived through becoming infected was shown... He was given the antibodies and his story was fascinating also.

Would not show this to people who become ill from the sight of blood

Yes, it's fascinating!  I highly recommend reading The Hot Zone,  too.

@Doxielover

@DoneTryin

Having my curiosity piqued over Ebola and all of the unique characteristics back in the 70's, I sped to read the book!

Consequently, during the last outbreak, when my little nephews were spouting "facts" about E, I could tell them "yes, it can be spread thru the air."(in sneeze fluids")

Also, they were curious enough to do more extensive study, too.
