What a ride.  Finished binge watching season 1. 

It is the true story about the start of the Mexican drug cartel(s) and the early DEA.  Specifically one particular DEA agent named KiKi.  I do remember seeing him in the news. 

The series is in both English & Spanish (subtitled).  It's 90% in Spanish (subtitled).

One of the main Mexican characters Felix reminded me of Michael Corleone in looks & the way he carried himself.

Will delve into season 2 next week.  I need a break from all the bloodshed.

I remember a few years ago there was a tv series called Narcos.  That series was about the DEA & the rise & end of Pueblo Escobar.  I do not remember which station carried it.

I saw online that there **might** be a season 3.  I suspect it depends on Covid-19 as it's still ravashing Mexico.

all this took place in England I guess. Poor Luther had to fight off not just criminals, psychos, etc. he had to fight off fellow officers. Made me so mad
