I thought she was a talented and intelligent and beautiful woman.

I probably didn't read every word, but I didn't see "confirmation" of specific cause of death in the linked article.in the linked article.

This video brought tears to my eyes. I love Wynonna's voice, (couldn't discern Naomi's).

I had not seen the show so just watched this clip. It seemed that Naomi was just going through the motions and not really "singing" per se. Very sad.

This is so very, very sad to read. Like others here, I just watched her on the CMA award show.

I tend to agree with @Pearlee, that sadly it does sound like a possible suicide, Nothing has been confirmed, but reading what the daughters stated as losing their mother to "mental illness" makes it a possibility.

If you look at the YouTube video below that was done in 2017 with Naomi Judd with Megan Kelly talking about her book concerning her mental illness, Naomi states in this interview that she has wanted to "end her life" at a bridge about 20 miles from her farm. That broke my heart. I hope it's not true, but whatever, I wish her peace and I pray for her daughters, husband and family's comfort and healing in losing their mom.
