I must say I didn't recognize the name, but I knew the face. What a life he must have had. May he rest in peace.

I remember him from TV and as a bad guy in Alfred Hitchcock movies. His aunt was my piano teacher. That's how old I am!

106!   At least he was able to pass in his sleep, hopefully without any pain.

Lloyd was married to wife Peggy from 1936 until she died in 2011 at age 98.  Wow!  He was born Norman Perlmutter.

@4kitties. @twinsister

Lloyd was in the Murder She Wrote "If the Frame Fits."  Jessica is visiting her old friend Lloyd when they get back to his home to find an art theft there. Then his daughter is murdered.

I liked St. Elsewhere, so enjoyed him there, but he was so good in Hitchcock's sometimes underrated "Saboteur".

An unusual talent, and an interesting, charming guy with an anecdote, and a wealth of Hollywood lore.  RIP.

A life well lived. RIP Mr. Lloyd.   Loved St. Elsewhere, a good time viewing in my youth.
