I just happen to check my guide and unless a big mistake, beginning this today and all week are NEW episodes of Y&R. Soap fans rejoice!!! 🤗

I'm not sure how this will played out since characters will not be able to close to eachother with the usual canoodling, but we'll see what they've cooked up instead and if holds my interest.

yeah, I'll tape it since I'll be out and about. I heard no more steamy love scenes in TV soaps or even movies. My husband said "good" LOL

Seems like they are summarizing what went on months ago. Now we can move forward with six feet distances.

I don't watch The Bold and the Beautiful, but I know they have put out new episodes.  I decided to watch a little one day.  I did notice that they did not show 2 people on the screen at the same time.  All you seen was one person on the screen at a time.  Almost like they did not want you to see a shot of people standing far apart.

They have to do a detailed "re-cap".    I'm betting most viewers have forgotten a lot of what was going on with this show.   

Well, one thing to be glad about ....  even though shows aren't currently filming yet, the WRITERS have been busy as heck, writing.   I have a neighbor who's an established TV writer and he said they are all busy ... and they don't need to wear a mask to write.

I saw that it was coming back on today while watching B&B last week.

I'm going to give it a shot but after a week of watching the social distancing shooting on b&b, I'm not that impressed.. even though flo and wyatt had a few close together scenes.

I really didn't miss the soaps while they were shut down, even though I've watched them for decades..we'll see if the writing has improved soon enough !!

After watching it since the beginning I have gotten used to it being off the air. I wasn't impressed with Monday's episode. I was happy, however, that there was no Phyllis, Chelsea, etc.  Nusaince characters, these and others.

However, I did read that Jerry Douglas as John Abbott will make an apperance during November sweeps to escort Dina to the Other Side. Tissue will be mandatory.

I'm going to pass .... I also watched that soap for years, but it doesn't mean much anymore.  I would have to work at getting back into the storylines, and could do other things with that 5 hours a week.

I know what you mean.  Every time I left the house I was chained to the Tivo setting the timer, then, later on trying to find an hr. that I could sit down and devote some 'ME' time to watching it.

I think it's on last legs anyway.
