Now see, I like Rocky Carroll. I think his character has strength and stability not to mention a good dose of understanding for the people that work under him. He allows them to do what they need to do and allows Gibbs a lot of leeway because he understands how they work together as a team is effective. He is pleasant and not abusive as a boss. I find his back story interesting and I find him much preferable to the two previous leaders they had.

I still miss Ziva and the way she fit into the group. Bishop's ok; I liked the way they developed her relationship with Gibbs a few shows back. But she's pretty vanilla. I miss Ziva's exotic beauty and personality and they way she played off Tony.

The females on this show don't seen to last very long!
