@geezerette   Midway through the episode, I had to Google what happened because I assumed it had happened in a prior episode that I had forgotten about.  So, I spoiled it for myself.  LOL. Good episode all around.

I almost did the same thing!😆

 

I just missed those few words at the opening that @violann posted about.  Knowing that, the whole episode makes total sense to me now!

I did a google search, too!  It was so sad when he said he didn't get to say goodbye to her.  So many families faced that heartbreaking situation.  Gibbs did a great job talking to Jimmy about being "stuck."  And the ending... so well done.

 

On another note, I don't care if what's-her-name leaves to open a bar on the beach in Costa Rica.  That is a meaningless character that never developed.  She was always just on the fringes.
