Yesterday was a dreary and damp rainy day, perfect for movie watching. So, I curled up on the couch and watched a record 5 movies!!! Taking full advantage of Xfinity Watchathon. First, I watched a romantic comedy called "Can You Keep A Secret." Cute movie, nothing special. Second movie: "Serpico" with Al Pacino (love him!). I've seen it, maybe twenty times or so, and love it every time. Third: "Green Book". Finally got around to watching it. This movie was definitely Oscar worthy. Fourth: "Being Rose" starring Cybill Shepherd and James Brolin. Had never heard of it. I like the actors, so I thought it would be interesting. It was a good movie, but I wasn't expecting to be sad at the end. Fifth: "Hustlers" with Jennifer Lopez. Good movie, she gave a note-worthy performance, for sure, but not Oscar worthy IMO. I just remember there was much talk about her not being nominated.

I enjoyed my day yesterday. Didn't watch any news, no coverage about (you know what). It was great!
