He can't use it now, but if he rejoins the game, it's believed he can use it then. That's what he said a while back and BB would make him retract that if it wasn't true.

Jackson is currently busy lying to Isabella. He's told her how important it is to keep the eight together. (Of course he's already part of the six who have largely cut off Isabella and Nick, and also part of the five person suballiance that Isabella heard about that he denied existing.) Jackson's a very prolific and natural liar but I'm not sure how much Isabella is buying what he's selling. Isabella is a dangerous player. She knows how the game is played and trusts no one.

Jackson said yesterday that the swelling was largely gone in his ankle but Holly and Cliff were just looking at it and there's a lot of swelling still there and it doesn't look good.

Why wouldn't BB make him get that ankle checked out? You would think insurance would require it.

They wanted him to get it scanned immediately after the injury and he refused. They can't force him to get it looked at. As to insurance, reality show contestants pretty much sign away their life when they sign the contracts. I've heard it said the show can kill someone and not be held liable. There have been quite a few people who made it through the casting process only to refuse to sign the contract after reading it and walking away.

Jackson saw the BB doc a few minutes ago and got lidocaine so the pain is less, at least until the lidocaine wears off.
