Re: Mockingbird stage play w/Richard Thomas

So for clarification there is a play titled Mockingbird. So different in content than To Kill a Mockingbird. Incomplete information can lead to confusion.

I echo everyone who has seen it. I saw it last year and Richard Thomas was wonderful. The actress who played Scout in my production was Melanie someone, who won So You Think You Can Dance one season. I think she was a tapper. Anyway, yes, it was a really profession production and the entire cast was wonderful.

@SharkE Sure is I think. Never a fan of his or the Waltons, and wouldn't want to see that play either. Too old for that.

Me neither on the Waltons. I wanted to strangle those kids. I'd never live with my in-laws either.

Oh my! I thought we were discussing the play and Richard Thomas' performance, not his looks. I know I have a few skin inperfections, but I hope that isn't what everyone sees when they look at me.

There's a model on QVC that has a mole by her mouth always wondered why she didn't have it removed.

I've had my face froze off half dozen places. Age spots and keratoses. I'm not embarrassed by it. I want to look young and not ugly. LOL

Yeah, John Boy is a good actor. I'm happy for him he's still working

Actually,Richard Thomas is the actor that turned us on to listening to books being read on cassettes (long time ago). Hubbs had a long drive to work and he really enjoyed listening to a book. I believe the title of the book was "The Prince of Tides".

And yes," Mockingbird" is the stage play based on "To Kill a Mockingbird".
