I can't believe there are people who want to live in NY bad enough to pay millions for something I can get for a quarter of the money.
I"d go into detail, but, it would stir up folks who live there. This ain't my first rodeo.
If you want a tiny space, no garage, etc and have the bucks to pay for it, then, enjoy yourself.
It's entertaining and infomative as to what is going on.

I don't think they've ever featured a listing for "only" a million dollars. The title of the show is just referring to listings that are a million plus. It's similar to people referring to "million dollar homes" when the homes are actually several million dollars.
I think they may have had a listing or two that was either a listing they were showing as a favor or a listing that was a secondary property of one of their clients with a more $$$$ listing.
