I loved this home too. I hate all that modern stuff. Yes Casa Oceana needed some upgrades, or a fluff as JF said. LOL But at night? OMG the grounds are stunning.

Just started watching this series in the past couple of weeks and was able to see reruns of the current season. Didn't quite care one way or the other for any of the Realtors, but after watching six (?) shows, I am kind of getting hooked.
What I don't understand is that the guy who has the $75 million dollar home (think that was the amount), up on the hill and wouldn't let anyone touch anything, even taping down the toilet........the guy has to be somewhat intelligent to get to where he is now in the land projects he has going.
My question is: Why in the world would he agree to let people see him actually freak out when anyone started to walk on the floors with shoes on or be so particular about where Tracey set her purse? It's not the pickiness of the guy that surprises me; it's that he would allow people to see who he is and participate in the show. He could have just let a friend of his show them around, like was done in the Razor House.
I would be embarrassed to know that people saw me acting that way on national TV. And when Josh Altman was talking with him as the owner was trying to leave the premises, very unkind things were said by Josh as to Tracey's probable demise with the owner. I guess if it were me, I would have pulled the plug on being involved with the series once I knew they were taping me acting/saying the things he said.
Did I miss a show? Did they show closing a deal on that very expensive home? Same with the Razor House. Did that ever sell? Not having seen prior seasons, I don't know if they show the final outcome on ALL the houses they feature.
I assume many of them are hoping the show will bring them a deal. But they are probably already sold by the time the program is on TV, since they are filmed way in advance.

The Razor House was sold to Alicia Keyes for 20.8 million. Josh Altman represented the buyer and Josh Flagg represented the seller. Josh Altman 's commission was 780,000 and Josh Flagg received 260,000 dollars.

@elated Oh, thanks! I remember Josh Flagg saying it Alicia Keyes, but I don't recall if the deal went thru. I might have slept thru the part of it. ha!
Do you know anything about the $75 million home in Malibu (?) with the picky seller? Did anyone purchase it yet? More importantly, is Tracey still the listing agent or did he fire her?

To my knowledge, Tracy is still the listing agent and no sale.
