I think Fredrik will just make occasional appearances on Million Dollar Listing LA. I like it better when he does Million Dollar Listing New York Full time. He is such a good fit with Ryan Serhant.

Million Dollar Listing - LA hasn't wrapped up the season yet has it? I note repeats of Below Deck Med are on tonight instead. Did I miss something? Or is it because of Monday's Holiday? But they had a new Below Deck last night. Perhaps my cable tv menu screen is wrong. I hope so.

I will have to watch it On Demand. Did they wrap things up? I wonder if I fell asleep before it ended and didn't realize. Did Tracy ever sell that $70M place for that perfectionist fellow in Malibu? Was the Barrymore estate sold? I'm gonna miss this show. I live in the SE near the coast and they say real estate is booming down here. Of course, I'm not in a millionaire listing, but houses are being sold left n right down here.

SEABRIGHT, the barrymore estate, is still for sale......co listed by tracy and josh altman. priced dropped to under 16 million in august.

THE NEW CASTLE is also still for sale by tracy for 75 million. it is on her site.
