I'm rather doubtful that there will be any carry-overs from SOA to The Mayans.  I think it will be written as the next chapter after SAMCRO.

Edit:  Did you see Gemma in the jail flashback scene?

@tansy I think it's too soon for me to tell. I will continue watching. I think it's going to be tough to follow the SOA. That show was like a non-stop roller coaster ride.

I watched, I tried to like it, I wanted to like it....was not going to happen..oh well, I will keep watching SOA on netflix for the 100th time!

After watching the second episode, I’m in for now.

Is Galindo the actor that used to be on L&O SVU?  Never mind, I’ll look him up🙂

I feel the same as @fourpaws56.  Tried my hardest to like it, but I just couldn't get as interested as I was in SOA.  I only watched the first episode, and really liked seeing the split second of Gemma, but I just don't think this show's for me.  

edited to add:  I really liked seeing Edward James Olmos again after so many years!

A little bit of SOA appears to pop up each episode.  Remember Chucky from SOA?  He was the salvage yard guy in this latest episode.  His messed up hands were a dead give away.
