Sadly Maureen O'Hara has passed away at age 95.  One of my all time favorites - loved her with John Wayne.  My all time favorite movie, "The Quiet Man".

One of my favorites, too, along with How Green Was My Valley. She was wonderful in that one as well.

Awww, sad news.  She has been one of my favorite stars for many years-- beautiful, smart and dignified.  I just watched her (again) last night in The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1939).

An actual Hollywood legend.  I loved her in a movie with John Candy and Anthony Quinn.....can't remember the name of it, but she played a crusty Irish overprotective mother.  What an actress.  Sad to hear of her passing.
