@Cakers3 I saw a commercial on Fox for a new show by the same team that brings us The Masked Singer, it looks like there are judges who say whether a person can sing or not before they open their mouth. I'm not sure I like the idea of this, your more or less are passing judgment on a person by the way they look.

@elainemaseyTthe Peacock- that's  what got me watching each week in the first place!

I first checked out the show because it seemed like a  trainwreck -  sometimes you just need brain-free tv. But as soon as I heard who I thought was my childhood crush  I had to see if it was truly Donny! 

Donny has been a guest judge overseas- I'd love if they brought him on in the US version. His weekly fb updates on are so entertaining!

@Jordan2 I saw this too- Donny Osmond will be  a panelist on  'I Can See Your Voice' . I'll check it out!!

@Jordan2   I had not heard about the other show.  I looked it up and it doesn't appeal to me at all.

I hope the usual fans of Masked Singer are doing ok and will be joining in for the new season.

@Cakers3 @Jordan2  'The Masked Singer' didn't appeal to me at first- I watched it because it seemed like an entertaining  train wreck!!  And then when  I thought I heard Donny Osmond's voice in the opening episode,  I was hooked.  Being that the new show has Donny on the panel, I hope it hits me the same way.

I love it too!  I was not sure at first, but I really enjoy it.  Admittedly, there are some "celebrities" that I have never heard of, but I still enjoy it

The 'Super Sneak Peak' episode is on right now- I'm sure they'll repeat it before Sept 23rd. There are some really wacky costumes this season!
