I just watched the 2 parter.

Wow!  First off ---  regarding Jess and Ryan.  I am not surprised about this at all.  He was a hot head and did not have respect for her from the very start.  We, of course, probably did not even know the half of what she went through.  But she kept saying, I hope he doesn't revert back to his old self.  I belive he could be violent, or maybe even was.  She is well rid of him.  

As for Davina and Sean, this did not seem to be a good match from the start.  I don't see why so many are so harsh with Davina.  Was she my favorite, no.  However, I think she was very clear in what she wanted.  Sean was not.  And he admitted that he was not willing to relocate.  He couldn't handle it.  And as was revealed during this 2 part show, he spent like only 10 nights with her.  No wonder she was upset.  I agreed with her when she said that Sean didn't even know himself.  And I could not believe how judgmental the blonde judge (can't think of her name) was toward Davina.  Davina stood her ground and said how she felt.  I don't believe she was blameless, there are mistakes made on both parts, but I don't believe he tried, really.  

Now --- my favoites - Jaclyn and Ryan.  I had high hopes for them.  At first, she thought of him as a friend and was not attracted to him.  But as she got to know him, really started to care and the attraction to grow.  I felt she was very genuine.  After they had relations, he started distancing himself from him, and that was the beginning of the end.  He admitted in the show that he didn't try that hard and also that he knew he could make her fall for him.  How immature is that?  Like in high school!  After I get you, then I'm done with you!  I feel she really had love for him.  He might have had some feelings for her, but not enough.  He showed an attitude, like, well, I kind of want you in my life, but not steadily, and like she was supposed to wait in the wings, until he might some day want her.  Very disappointing.  

The judges, of course, must be feeling like, --- well, this is making us look bad!  And, sure, they wanted to have one successful match!!

Angel, I think Jacklyn's Ryan is lazy.  I think the fact that he lives in his Mother's basement kinda says that.  It sounds like he went right back there.

I don't think he wants to put the effort into any kind of relationship.  She is WAY better off without him.  I sure hope she moves on.

annabelle-- I was thinking this also. Ryan R. seems verrryyyy low energy. Sometimes people don't understand that a good relationship takes time and energy to make it work. I wondered if he really was "working" in selling real estate and earning any money.  RE sales can pay off if, you really work at it, these people are independent contractors and must work for their commissions. 

I think Ryan ruined his chance to make this marriage develop into a good thing. I see "Mama's boy with no initiative" written all over him!

Seems all the women this time were duped with the "duds" this show threw at them. There was a game, when I was a youngster, called Mystery Date, and this show really reminds me of that! No one ever wanted to "open the door and get the dud!"

I just saw that Jaclyn and Ryan are divorcing,
I missed the finale and didn't know.

The "experts" are messing up.


I wonder will they have a 3rd season?

I don't blame the experts, they just worked with what they available. Sound like the women were no problem, but they came up short on men. The producers went looking for men to participate, match/com, facebook, etc.Then they did not properly screen them and told the experts "here you go & match them up to some women so we can film this over the holidays!" They didn't take enough time and due diligence to make season 2 a success.

Yes, they are already filming a 3rd season, I read the couples were already married this month, June. I hope they invested more time in matches this go around, otherwise, after season 2 they may have lost their viewers.

Yes sommer, we both agree about Ryan (Jacklyn's Ryan).  I know several people who are in sales of some sort.  They are constantly 'bettering' themselves by keeping their spirits up.  Some of them go the Tony Robbins' way (he's a speaker that gets the spirits going like, "Yes! You can").

Some people do different things, but the idea is to be enthusiastic and enjoy people and what you do.  I sure hope she doesn't stay with him.  She just has too much going on to be stuck with him.  He's not a bad guy (I don't think) like Ryan (Jessica's guy), but I think he's a dud and will be happy staying in Mommie's house.

annabelle Jaclyn is not staying with Ryan.  She has made it very clear on social media that they are done.  From what I've read, all three of the gals have been pretty vocal on social media about their husbands...and not in a good way.

I guess there will be no season2, the first year shows?! Now that they are filming season 3, I am wondering if it will air this coming fall and try and get the viewer to forget about failures of this past season. This is usual for me to watch this since I am not a big reality tv fan, go figure!

They will probably do a second year show with Jamie and Doug and Courtney and...I can't remember his name!....instead.
