I guess it's more acceptable that you would prefer Marie to sit and post negative comments on QVC's forum.

@Love my grandkids wrote:@SeaMaiden I've never understood what people see in her. Tacky? Yep. Just like she was when she went on stage the night after her son committed suicide. No class. At. All.
NO. SHE. DIDN'T. It was two weeks later. How many people get to just go back to work "whenever" after a family member dies? I only got 3 days of bereavement leave. How about you?

Ice T is getting all kinds of hate for his car shield commercial. He, on the other, could care less.
@VaBelle35 I get a kick out of that Ice T guy standing infront of all his many expensive cars... LIKE HE NEEDS CAR SHIELD lol!!!!!! Like he worried about fixing his $250,000 car. PLEASE.

Why not make all the money she can? As we are constantly being reminded about "these uncertain times," anything could happen and people are going to do what they feel they need to do to be prepared. Good for her for having so many opportunities to earn.

Marie seems like a nice person, and I'm wishing her well.
Nothing wrong with being successful in whatever we attempt to do.

I just saw another celebrity, Paula Abdul, doing an arthritis commercial
this morning. Thought it was pretty neat as it takes her big hit from the
80's, the Forever Your Girl video and she dances along side it now. Hard
to believe that she is 58.

Yes, times are uncertain, even for the very wealthy.
Probably lots of investments, tied-up funds, etc.
We really don't know where 'whatever' investments are heading.
So, make some money now, save it in a less risky place.
Just in case.

My husband and I went to the Donnie and Marie show in Vegas a few years ago. Neither of us were particularly fans before but both of us were afterwards. Both so talented. They sang they danced they came into the audience several times. Both sweet and down to earth. We loved the show and them.
I was at one of the tables that bumps up against the stage. Donny scared the ****** out of me running across all the tables. I hope he was heavily insured. LOL

She's doing a commercial - that doesn't strike me as tacky. If I could win, I'd no longer be low class. 😄
