TV and Movies

It's back.  I'm watching the first episode now.

They are not traveling this season.  They are on a ranch in Malibu, California.

The runway is beautiful.

I watched the first two episodes.  It's still good although I do miss the travel aspect of it because they went to some really great locations.

My early favorite is Andrea the one who does bridal.  My sister told me that my niece is doing pants for her wedding and I didn't know it was a thing.  She has some nice stuff on her website.

I have not watched 5 &6 yet.

I always forget these streaming shows as I have no way to have a reminder to watch.

I've been watching my favorites are/were Andrea and Joshua.....I was so hurt to see him go.

Do we know how many episodes we get this season?  It seems abbreviated as we are down to 6 already and they seemed to drag the last elimination out by having that stupid play off for no reason.  They were both so awful that they needed to see more of that?

What I liked about E4 was that the other designers had to help and be the models.  They really embraced that and had fun with it and Gary killed it as a model.

I do like that they help each other.  Although Lucie is hopeless.

Similarly in E6, when they had to make their videos, I like that Gary is so incredibly creative and he had a great team helping with his vision.

New episodes drop on Friday.  As of last night's episode, they're down the the final three. 

I like Gary, but he needs to get out of his own head.  I wonder of he has Asberger's or something?

I wasn't wowed by the finale runway show.

I guess it was nice that the other 2 get to do something with Amazon.  I don't know how I feel about it because it sort of takes away from the win (although she got all the $1m and the other prizes).  It was just kind of odd to me and more about how none of them really wowed the judges.

Every time I see that other judge with vitiligo that's also a model, Winnie Harlow, I wonder how she does her makeup?  Does she use two different shades of makeup or leave part of her face makeup-free?  It seems like it would be really painstaking to apply makeup to just part of her face in the right shade & then, the other shade, but I'm a "Makeup Luddite"!

I remember her when she was on America's Next Top Model years ago & she was not very nice to the other girls, but it may have been edited to seem that way.
