And a reminder that even later, Mary appears in sudsy "Return to Peyton Place" (she plays a character I can't place-- who is "Mrs. Roberta Carter" in that?),  and of course she's the mother of a slicko sociopath (Robert Wagner) in "A Kiss Before Dying" that follows...

@Oznell  I "googled" her and she made a lot of movies.  The only other one I remember her in is Red Dust with Harlow/Gable.

 

 

Dodsworth is a great movie.  Huston and Astor are great together.
