@Lisa now in AZ   Peacock streaming, just another step down!

I heard Season 19 is in Austin, TX.

Season 20 ( not positive about this) is in KCMO.

Season  21 , What? Way  off in 2027? I have no clue where and when.

I have to say I will miss you guys and the comradery we had here more than I will MAFS itself, if we're no longer watching and posting in the future, due to the move from Lifetime to Peacock and paid streaming. They really shot themselves in the foot with that stupid move. Some people were barely hanging on with their decline anyway.

I think we sortof formed a bond, based off our commonalities if that makes sense. I noticed too that as much as we disliked the downhill slide of MAFS, we were a loyal viewing audience, and we deciphered things about the couples, that most people didn't even pick up on. Good job guys.

I'm wondering if this so-called [ "younger more savvy viewing audience"] that they're aspiring to appeal to, will be as loyal over the years, and seasons, as we have all been. I very much doubt it.

I agree with you!  I would miss having our conversations with all of you lovely watchers here!  It's so enjoyable and so much fun!

@Fiddlededum , (((hugs))) to you for your wonderful, kind post.

I hope as long as these forums are still around, we can post about some of the TV shows we like to watch.

I have always found your posts to be interesting, well written and enjoyable.  As long as this forum is still here, I hope we can all find another area to share ideas and thoughts.

Please take care and don't let us wonder how you are doing.

@HisElk1

If this show does go to Peacock, and a lot of the posters here can no longer watch it, I hope we can all stay in touch here and find another show that we all enjoy watching and we can post about it and form another group to chat and share thoughts!!!

Maybe we can find a way to still talk about the show. I don't watch Days of our Lives anymore, but there are some sites that do daily summaries, which I do read and then still contribute to those discussions. Maybe there will be some of those podcasts or other sites that discuss the show that we can follow and discuss?

I also look forward to reading everyone's opinions of the show and the cast, so will miss that. But, at least we now know what it will take to make us stop watching. $$$$ or maybe likeable people we WANT to cheer for. We don't have that anymore.

If it's not this show, maybe there will be another one we can all follow and then join up here and discuss?  I hope so because I have enjoyed this tremendously!

I just thought of something about the show.  Every once in awhile, I'll go to their facebook page and read some of the comments as they are interesting.

It seems like a lot of people are really liking Thomas the most; Michelle/Madison (aka I'm so beautiful) are being roasted big time for how they are acting.

Just a thought.

@HisElk1

I don't go on facebook so I won't see any of these things.  I'm not on social media at all.  being on the Q is all I do!  That is interesting thought that everybody seems to have the same view on Thomas and Michelle and Madison.  Thanks for posting this!

Re: MAFS - season in Chicago

*** Don't read if you haven't watch the latest episode***

What did you all think of the latest episode?

Michelle was talking to Em and telling her about her discussion with David about the texting incident.

The retreat.  Things seemed to be going nicely and fun for all.  Then --- uh-oh --- David showed up and then while they were eating who walks in the door - Em's husband!  I can never think of his name!  Anyway, what a crappy thing he tried to pull!  Driving all that way just to try to cause a scene and cause her even more emotional pain in front of everybody.  He must think she is a total, total idiot - asking her to sign a divorce paper -- and I do mean - paper -- one sheet out of four -- with no signature line even!  Any imbecile knows you don't sign a document like that without seeing the total document and also having the chance to read the whole thing!  It's hard to tell what he had put in that document!  He is a total and complete piece of garbage -- not to mention he has extreme mental issues!

And how about Madison's extreme reaction when they were trying to talk about the texting thing and all that and she flipped out and ran away from the table and said she was about to pack her bags and leave!  That screams guilt and deception right there!

Earlier Michelle had voiced that she had thought that maybe the text that David sent was to Madison.

And then the revelation that Karla said that when she and Michelle and Karla and David had gone out partying that Madison and David had disappeared for about a total of 4 or 5 songs!

So, it appears that something is going on with those 2 --- right?

Oh, boy -- things are finally starting to heat up!

Re: MAFS - season in Chicago

I'm at the point where after watching the last few seasons, that I think this show is not even worth taking my time to watch.  And now that they are going with Peacock in the future, I will not pay to watch as we don't have Peacock.

Each season I ask myself why I continue to watch and yet I do.  These pros need to go and be replaced IMO.  Them pushing the s*x stuff and going into detail about it is TMI.  That should be kept between the two IMO.

If the originality of the show stayed the way it once was, the couples might have a better chance.  Now they all go to the same place on their honeymoon, stay in the same apt. building which enables all of them to get involved with each other's lives.  At the inception, they all went different places and found their own places to live.  It seems like things went much better back then.

I personally miss those earlier seasons.  It appears that this is what the producers, etc. want.

I know that the things that Camile and Tom said and did, I wouldn't want my parents, family, or friends to see or hear.

Re: MAFS - season in Chicago

I feel bad for Allen as I think he is a good guy and speaks well and he is really trying and if this is true, she is misleading him.  My mother always said go by actions not by what anyone tells you because actions says it all.  Alllen reminds me of Jaimie's husband from the first show.  He was a good guy too and very committed and wanted her to be happy and they now have a good marriage.  I think Jaime wanted a marriage too and went in with the right intentions so it worked out for them.

I agree and I think the majority of us do agree with you.  The show was so much more enjoyable the way it used to be.  Have the couples remain as couple and not as groups socializing with each other and basically using other members of other couples as sounding boards, etc.

Really - how true!  I think it's awful.  As I said in a previous post - when Dr. Pi started getting so personal, I would have responded by saying something like - we are having relations and getting along just fine.  Period.
