Looks like IT is coming to a living room near me.

[ Edited ]

Think HBO advertised it.  Saw previews.

The movie, not the makeup.

The TV mini-series has such an incredible cast, both of adults and children.

Back when it came out in theaters, at least one network was showing the original mini-series, so I put it on.  I had seen it when it first came out.  When I finally saw the new film, I was underwhelmed, because I already knew the story.  I did enjoy Bill Skarsgard's performance.  I notice that they have announced casting for "Chapter Two."  Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy and Bill Hader are starring as the grown up versions of Beverly, Bill and Richie.

I loved the Original as well, but the newest version had lots of special effects that were pretty cool. Bill Skaarsgard was very good as Pennywise, but so was Tim Curry in the original.....

I still have the original still in my living room today.  I remember when the two night series was on the first go round.  Loved it but was disappointed with the ending.  All that build up and it appeared to be just a big spider @CANDLEQUEEN  Tim Curry was so good.  Sad now at least two of the actors are no longer with us from the first movie.

@Nataliesgramma  I think the originals are always better, so I don't bother seeing remakes anymore.
