Re: Lindsey Buckingham (Fleetwood Mac) Flying Solo

@ Montana   Thanks for the post.  I will listen to this tomorrow.  It is late and everyone here is asleep but me.  They surely would not appreciate me blasting this tonight!

His talent is amazing!!!!  Very few have ever played at his level.  Having seen the original Fleetwood Mac several times, I just have no desire to see them without Lindsey.  We did see Lindsey and Christine on tour about 2 years ago.  The music from their joint album was good, but, the place lit up when they went back to their old songs, especially thise from The Dance album.

I did read that he had emergency surgery last year.  I wish him well.

@grandma r The "original Fleetwood Mac" didn't have Buckingham & Nicks as members.  They joined in 1975.  The original Fleetwood Mac was created in 1967.

You are correct.  However, for me, Fleetwoid Mac is Mick, John, Christine, Lindsay, and Stevie.

Ok. Lindsey is officially a genius in my book. I did not know this.

Direct interview quote:

"I'm hoping no one asks any questions that are technical, because I can't read music and I've never had lessons. It's all about intuition and imagination," says Lindsey Buckingham.
